Development snapshot now out

Residents keen to keep up to date on the latest developments taking place across the borough can now read the new edition of Development Update.

Development Update provides a snapshot of the major applications received and permitted since January 2011 and the latest position on some of the main planning documents.

Inside the latest issue is an update on the Core Strategy review as well as details of major planning applications including Repton Park, the former South Kent College sites at Jemmett Road and Elwick Road, the former Powergen site along Victoria Road and the Old Railway Works in Newtown Road.
