Ashford’s design champion Sir Terry Farrell says the town is all set to become ‘the powerhouse of Kent’ with an exciting and ambitious programme of new building developments, transport connections and community spaces planned.

Sir Terry mapped out his blueprint for a vibrant, sustainable and prosperous future for the ancient Kent market town and pledged to spread the word about Ashford’s vision to a national and international audience.

Sir Terry’s ideas were displayed at a public exhibition held at the beginning of June with several hundred people attending to find out more about the area’s ambitious growth plans.
