Quadrant Estates, developer of Eureka Park has started on a new phase of offices at the business park.

The new offices, called Northdown II will be constructed by Kier Group, who have been appointed to build two buildings comprising 10,292 sq ft and 15,675 sq ft respectively.

These buildings are planned to be completed by mid July 2011.

Northdown II is the second phase of the Northdown offices at the Park, marking the first wave of speculative office building in the region since the recession.

Once fully developed, Eureka Park has the potential to provide up to 10,000 jobs.
